FIA - Founders, Institute & Alumni Day
FIA Day Celebrations & Recognitions:
MITAA along with MIT celebrates the Founder, Institute and Alumni Day on Annual basis during the month of March of each year.
On this day MITAA honors an Outstanding Alumnus (from across all batches of MIT) and a Distinguished Alumnus (from a particular batch). The OA recipient delivers the Rajam Memorial Lecture on the occasion.
From 2023 MITAA started to recognize the yeoman services rendered by Alumni with Life Time Achiever Award.
Apart from these, Medals, cash prizes are awarded to students in various categories.
