- Dean-MIT Mr. Joseph Stanley read out the MIT Annual report
- Mr. V. Balasubramanian Founder’s family and Dr. S. Shanmugavel Registrar extended their Felicitations
- Shri Rajam Memorial Lecture was given by Mr. V. Ramakumar, of 26th Batch , who was honoured as the Outstanding Alumnus.
- Mr. L. Ramkumar MD-Tube Investments of India, the Chief Guest for the event gave the keynote address
- Mr. D. Varadarajan CGM, BSNL also addressed the gathering
- MITAA team of Mr. R. Balaji, Mr. T.M. Jawaharlal, Mr. S. Rajagopalan, Mr. N. Ramachandram, Mr. V. Mathiyazhagan also spoke and distributed prizes, awards to top ranking students
